Unable to connect to the server.

If this error appears, the connection to the server may have failed and the licence information for the content could not be confirmed.
  1. Check the PlayStation™Network status page to see if there is any update information for server failure or maintenance.
  2. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  3. Turn off your router and modem and wait at least five minutes, then restart.
  4. Try Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licences.
  5. This issue may be temporary. Please try again after a while.
