How to fix WS-37338-4

There was an issue when accessing PlayStation™Network (PSN).

If you see this error, your account may be suspended. This may have been caused by a violation of the PSN Terms of Service.

  1. We may send an email to your sign-in ID if you've been temporarily suspended. Please check your email.
  2. Check the terms of service before accessing PSN again.
