There was an error connecting to the network.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
  2. Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection.
  3. Try connecting to the Internet using a wired connection if possible. 
  4. Turn off your router, wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
  5. Please try again after a while.
