There is a problem connecting to PlayStation™Network.
Please try the following steps:
- Check the PSN status page to see if there are any issues.
- Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
- Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection. Review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
- Turn off your router, wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
- This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a while.
