Connection process with Bluetooth device cannot be started.

There may be another device being registered. To connect the Bluetooth device:

  1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
  2. If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version from Settings > System Software Update.
  3. If there are any other Bluetooth devices near your PS4™  console, please turn them off and try again.
