You must mount the PULSE Elite charging hanger to a vertical surface before you use it to charge your PULSE Elite™ wireless headset.
Find an appropriate location on a vertical surface for the charging hanger. Check recommendations on where to mount the hanger. Since surfaces vary, screws and other mounting tools are not supplied. Check your local hardware store for the appropriate screw and tools needed for the surface material of where you want to mount the hanger.
Attach the mounting plate to the vertical surface. Make sure the plate is level before you secure it in place.
Align the keyhole on the charging hanger to the mounting stem on the plate, and push it downwards to secure it in place.
After the hanger is attached to the mounting plate, connect it to a power source to charge your headset.
Where should the PULSE Elite charging hanger be mounted?
The spot should allow the mounting plate to be attached in a level position. If the plate isn’t level, the charging connector of the hanger may not properly connect with the charging terminals on your headset.
There should be enough room for the width and height of your headset to hang in place.
The spot should be close to a compatible USB Type-A charging port (such as your PlayStation®5 console or PC/Mac®) so you can connect them with the included USB cable.
How to charge your PULSE Elite headset on the PULSE Elite charging hanger
Make sure you secure the PULSE Elite charging hanger to a vertical surface before using it to charge your PULSE Elite wireless headset.
Connect the charging hanger to your PS5® console or other power source (5 V/500mA - 2A) using the USB cable included with your headset.
Attach your headset to the charging hanger. Align the charging terminals on the headband of your headset with the charging connectors on the hanger.
The status indicator on your headset slowly blinks orange while it charges. When your headset finishes charging, the indicator turns off.
The charging hanger is compatible with only the PULSE Elite wireless headset.
When the battery of your headset is empty, fully charging it takes approximately 2.5 hours. If you want to use your headset sooner, let it charge for 10 minutes to use for 2 hours.
