Equalizer and sidetone volume settings are stored on your headset once you configure them through your PS5® console. If you connect your headset to other devices, it’ll keep the same settings.
How to adjust PlayStation Link volume on your PULSE Elite wireless headset
Use the volume button on the right side of your headset to raise or lower the PlayStation Link™ volume.
Use the tactile dot on the “+” side of the volume button to help you adjust the volume without taking off your headset.
You can also adjust the volume from your PS5 console through the Sound controls in the control centre.
The volume button controls only the PS Link audio from your console or PC/Mac. When your earbuds are connected to a Bluetooth device, you need to control the volume from your mobile device. When you listen to two audio sources at the same time from both PS Link and Bluetooth devices, the volume button controls only the PS Link audio.
