How to fix 0x83200231

Your PlayStation Portal™ remote player has a system error.

  1. Press and hold the power button.
  2. Select Restart.

If restarting doesn't solve the problem, try resetting your PS Portal.
Please note, resetting will sign you out and erase all data and customised settings.

  1. Swipe left from the top right of the PS Portal screen to display the quick menu.
  2. Select Settings System SystemSoftware > Reset Options.
  3. Select Reset.
