How to fix 0x83200226

Your PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player has a system error.

  1. Press and hold the power button.
  2. Select Restart.

If restarting does not solve the problem, try resetting your PS Portal.
Please note, resetting will sign you out and erase all data and customized settings.

  1. Swipe left from the top right of the PS Portal screen to display the quick menu.
  2. Please select Settings System System Software > Reset Options.
  3. Select Reset.
