How to fix 0x83200219

Your PlayStation Portal™ Remote Player has a system error.

A system error may have occurred with your PS Portal.

  • Please restart your PS Portal.
    1. Press and hold the power button.
    2. Select Restart.
  • If restarting does not solve the problem, try resetting your PS Portal.
    Please note: resetting will sign you out of your PS Portal, as well as erase all data and customized settings.
    1. Swipe left from the top right of the PS Portal screen to display the quick menu.
    2. Please select Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options.
    3. Select Reset.
