There was a problem connecting to the network.

There may be a problem with your network connection.
  1. Sign out of PlayStation™Network from Settings > Account Management and sign in again.
  2. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
  3. Turn off your router and modem and wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
  4. Please wait for a while and then try again.
