The content was not recognised and failed to launch. Please try the following:
- Try to launch the game on the account that was used to purchase it.
- Activate your PS4™ console by going to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4. If the console is already activated, please deactivate it and then activate it again.
- If this error occurs on one specific game, highlight it and press the OPTIONS button, then select Delete. Then reinstall the game.
