How to fix NP-104627-0

Your PlayStation®5 console lost connection to the server.

  1. Try signing in by going to Settings > Users and Accounts Account > Sign In.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection
    If necessary, reconfigure your network settings.
  3. Turn off your router, wait 5 minutes, and then restart it.
  4. Restart your console, and connect to the internet using a wired connection if possible.
  5. If you are using a wireless connection, try bringing your console closer to your router and removing anything interrupting the connection between the devices.
