How to fix CE-36420-5

An error occurred during the Bluetooth connection with your PS4 console.

There may be a problem with the Bluetooth pairing authentication on your PlayStation®4 console.

  1. Disconnect the Bluetooth device from the PS4 console.
  2. Restart your console.
  3. Try pairing the device with the cable connected.
