A system error has occurred.

  1. Back up your data from Settings > Application Saved Data Management
  2. Go to Settings > Initialisation > Initialise PS4.
  3. Restore your data.
  4. If the problem persists, there may be a problem with the HDD or the PS4 console. If your HDD has been replaced, try installing another HDD or reinstalling the original PS4 HDD.
