There was a problem with the network connection.  

Please try the following:
  1. Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection and review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
  2. Turn off your router and modem and wait at least five minutes, then restart it.
  3. Update your router to the latest firmware.
