We want to let you know that we’ve made some changes to the PlayStation Terms of Service and User Agreement (“Agreement”).
What’s changed?
We’ve made several changes throughout to improve clarity. The most notable changes are explained below:
· Updated name of the Terms and related references
· Updated references to address service branding update - throughout
· Clarified what constitutes as a Service under the Terms and relocated to umbrella provision – Section 1.2
· Updated requirements relating to accounts to accept the Terms – Section 1.3
· Added reference to new game software end user license agreement – Section 1.4
· Updated Binding Individual Arbitration provisions, including small claims court exclusions, notice of dispute, arbitration procedures, and batch arbitration procedures – Section 14.
· Updated and clarified our Code of Conduct – Section 5.
