How to find DualSense wireless controller serial number
You can check the serial number of your DualSense wireless controller by going to the settings on the PlayStation®5 console that your controller is connected to.
- Go to the home screen and select Settings > Accessories > General > Advanced Settings.
- Select View Serial Number.
Scan the QR code on the back of your DualSense wireless controller to see the serial number. The serial number is also on the back of the controller, underneath the QR code.
- The serial number has 17 alphanumeric characters.
