How to fix NW-102379-2

There was an error when connecting to PlayStation™Network.

  1. Check the PSN status page for outages or maintenance.
  2. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  3. If possible, try using a wired connection to connect to the internet.
  4. Reconfigure your network settings.
  5. If you're using a wireless connection, try bringing your PS5 console closer to your router and removing anything that might block the connection.
  6. Turn off your router or modem, wait at least 5 minutes, and then turn it back on.
  7. Update your router's firmware.
