Unable to connect to the server.

The network communication may be unstable. Please try the following:

  1. Check PlayStation™Network status page.
  2. Restart your PlayStation®5 console and connect to the Internet using a wired connection if possible.
  3. When using a wireless connection, bring your console closer to your router and remove anything interrupting the connection.
  4. Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
