You are signed out of PlayStation™Network.

Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Sign in.
If you are already signed in, go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Sign Out. Then sign in again.
Turn off your router and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
