How to fix CE-109506-1

An error occurred while connecting to PlayStation®.

  1. Check the PlayStation status page for any server failures or maintenance.
  1. Make sure your PlayStation®5 console is connected to the internet by going to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection.

  2. Try resetting your Wi-Fi connection by turning off your modem and/or router. Wait 5 minutes, and then turn them back on.

  3. Try signing in again.

  4. You may need to update your router's firmware. Please contact your router manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance.
