If this error occurs, the system software update has failed. Please try the following:
- Select Settings > System Software Update and try the update again.
- If the situation does not improve, start your PlayStation®4 console in safe mode and select Update System Software.
- If you are trying to update via the Internet, turn off your router, and wait at least five minutes. Then turn it on and try the update again.
