How to share screenshots on PS4 consoles

Find and launch Capture Gallery from the content area.
Go to the folder where you’ve saved the screenshot and highlight Screenshots from the sidebar menu.
Select or highlight a screenshot and press the SHARE button on your controller.
Choose an upload destination: Activities or Messages.
Add comments, choose other options, and then select Post or Send.

To share a screenshot right after taking one, choose an upload destination from the pop-up screen that follows.

Select Activities to upload the screenshot to PlayStation™Network and share it as an activity.
Select Messages to send the screenshot to a group chat. Choose a group or select Create Group to share with other players.
If you can’t find Capture Gallery from the content area, go to Library > Applications > Capture Gallery.

Find and launch Capture Gallery from the content area.
Go to the folder where you’ve saved the clip and highlight Video Clips from the sidebar menu.
Select or highlight a video clip and press the SHARE button on your controller.
Choose an online service you’d like to share the clip to.
Select Trim to edit a video clip's start point and end point. You can also add comments or limit who can see what you share.
Select Share.

Child accounts can save screenshots and video clips, but can’t upload or broadcast to online services.
You can also share a video clip right after creating one.

Search and download SHAREfactory™ from PlayStation™Store.
Select Capture Gallery from the content area and select a screenshot or video clip.
Press the OPTIONS button on your controller and select Edit in SHAREfactory.

Plug a supported USB drive into your PS4 console.
Highlight a screenshot or video clip in the Capture Gallery.
Press the OPTIONS button on your controller and select Copy to USB Storage Device.
Select your files and then select Copy.
