In-Cart Discount

1. This promotion, conducted by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (“SIE Inc.”), is open to selected PlayStation™Network (“PSN”) account holders, who are residents of one of the Entrant Countries/Regions and reach the age of majority (18 years if you are a Hong Kong  or Indonesia or Malaysia resident, or 21 years if you are a Singapore resident, or 20 years if you are a Taiwan or Thailand resident).
2. This promotion commences on the Opening Date (16 September 2022) and closes on the Closing Date (23 September 2022). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Promotional Period”.
3. The code can be used once per account and per Eligible Person. The code can be used to purchase  PlayStation®Plus 3 or 12 months subscription during the Promotional Period. Please enter the code at the check out through PlayStation™Store on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5 or website. It is not applicable if using PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita or PSP®(PlayStation®Portable).
4. The code cannot be exchanged for cash/other products or transferred.
5. PlayStation Plus is an ongoing subscription with a recurring subscription fee which is charged automatically (at the then current PS Store price) at the frequency (3 Month/12 Month) you choose at purchase until cancelled. 3 Month or 12 Month subscription will be deducted every 3 or 12 months from your wallet automatically if you have sufficient funds in your wallet or a valid payment method registered to your account, unless you cancel “automatic renewal” setting prior to expiration. Please refer to PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement for details.
6. You can always review your service expiry date from [Subscriptions] via your PlayStation® console.
7. SIE Inc. reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of this promotion.
8. SIE Inc. accepts no responsibility for failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their account, to receive a Promotion Email, or to receive or redeem the code, as a result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
9. SIE Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10. In the event of a dispute, SIE Inc.’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
