Terms and Conditions 

Instant Discount Campaign

*Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service and User Agreement and PlayStation Privacy Policy.

1. This Instant Discount Campaign (this “Promotion”), conducted by Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. (“SIE Inc.”), is open to Eligible Persons as specified above.
2. This Promotion commences on the Opening Date (00:00:00, 17 Nov 2023) and closes on the Closing Date (23:59:59, 27 Nov 2023). The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Instant Discount Promotional Period”.
3. Eligible Transactions: During the Instant Discount Promotional Period, subject to the quota below: (i) Eligible Persons who purchase at PlayStation™Store with AlipayHK Mobile App shall be entitled to HK$30 discount upon single spending of HK$250 or above, or HK$15 discount upon single spending of HK$95 or above; (ii) Eligible Persons who purchase at PlayStation™Store and pay with Alipay Mobile App shall be entitled to CNY¥27.7 discount upon single spending of CNY¥233 or above, or CNY¥13.8 discount upon single spending of CNY¥88 or above (the “Instant Discount Offer”).
4. Quota: The Instant Discount Offer is applicable to the first 1,400 Eligible Persons each day who make an Eligible Transaction during the Instant Discount Promotional Period[, and will be applied automatically on the check-out page]. The Instant Discount Offer quota shall be served on a first-come first-served basis according to the time record of the Eligible Transaction from AlipayHK or Alipay.
5. The Instant Discount Offer can be used once per account and per Eligible Person, and is not transferable to another account or user.
   
6. The Instant Discount Offer is only applicable on PlayStation™Store on website, mobile App (PlayStation®App), PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5. It is not applicable if using PlayStation®3, PlayStation®Vita or PSP®(PlayStation®Portable).
7. SIE Inc. reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or the intention of this Promotion.
8. SIE Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, website providers and each of their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) accept no responsibility for any failure of any Eligible Person to create or sign-in to their PSN account, to receive a Promotion email or other notifications, or to receive or redeem any code, as a result of any Eligible Person’s or third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind; or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to this Promotion.
9. By using the Instant Discount Offer, each Eligible Person agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Terms and Conditions, and to waive all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with this Promotion and the Instant Discount Offer.
10. SIE Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel this Promotion or update and/or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage without prior notice, if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
11. In the event of a dispute, SIE Inc.’s decision is final.
12. If there is any breach of these Terms and Conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behaviour by a user relating to this Promotion, AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ will forfeit such user's eligibility and entitlement forthwith without notice. AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ reserves the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant user.
13. This Promotion is offered only once to each Eligible Person. An "Eligible Person" refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the AlipayHK/Alipay App and Wallet service and who meets the eligibility requirements specified above. To prevent the risk of theft or misuse of an AlipayHK/Alipay account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, take note that in the following circumstances ((i) Connection on the same mobile phone or mobile device, such as the logging in or activation of multiple accounts; (ii) connection of an AlipayHK/Alipay account or mobile number on multiple mobile phones or mobile devices, such as the logging in or activation on such devices; or (iii) the same credit card number being connected to multiple AlipayHK/Alipay accounts), AlipayHK/Alipay may take steps to verify an Eligible Person's identity and/or suspend or terminate any promotion or reward relating to such account(s). AlipayHK/Alipay/Alipay+ reserves all rights of investigation.
14. This Promotion is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. In the event of a dispute or claim arising under or in relation to this Promotion, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
15. These Terms and Conditions are in the English language and in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. The English language version of these Terms and Conditions (and any notice or other document relating hereto) shall prevail if there is a conflict.
