In connection with each Code, three (3) Entrants with the closest correct answer in each Participating Group will be considered “Potential Winners,” until the completion of the winner verification process which reviews the individual’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Potential Winners who are residents of Argentina, Chile, Mexico, United States or Canada may be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill-test question posed by the Sponsor in the manner to be determined by the Sponsor in order to be declared a winner and awarded the applicable Prize. Such question may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be administered online, by email, by telephone, or as part of the Potential Winner’s declaration of eligibility.
Potential Winners will be notified by the Sponsor’s Prize Fulfilment Agency via the email address associated with their PSN Account and may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility affirming the Potential Winner’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules.
Upon the Prize Fulfilment Agency’s confirmation of a Potential Winner’s eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules, that person will be verified as a Winner (and will be referred to as a Verified Winner going forward). Prizes will only be awarded to Verified Winners.
If Sponsor is unable to reach a Potential Winner via the email address associated with their PSN Account within seven (7) working days after the initial notification attempt, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, that Potential Winner will forfeit their prize. Failure to provide all requested information and documentation within the time period stated in the notification (seven (7) working days) will result in a Potential Winner forfeiting their prize.
If a prize is forfeited for any reason, the Sponsor may decide to award the relevant prize to an alternate winner selected from all remaining eligible entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law or regulation). If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award a prize to a Verified Winner, the prize may be awarded to the next Entrant with the closest correct answer in that Participating Group.
If a Potential Winner or Verified Winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with the Official Rules, or does not accept a prize for any reason, their respective prize may be forfeited.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, publish each Verified Winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s). Each Verified Winner’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those individuals enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘TREAT CODES 2022’ to the Sponsor’s address in section 11 below within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period. If a Verified Winner objects to their name being published or made available, please contact the Sponsor. Please note that the Sponsor may be obligated to provide this information to a regulator.
Prizes will be delivered by the Prize Fulfilment Agency to Verified Winners within 60 days of winner verification to a Verified Winner’s residential address (to be provided by Verified Winners during the winner verification process). Any prizes returned as undeliverable may be forfeited.
By participating in this Promotion, each Verified Winner agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Sponsor. Each Verified Winner permits the Sponsor to use their name, address (city/state/country), PSN ID, avatar and other information and content they provide in connection with any publicity arranged by the Sponsor to publicise the Promotion worldwide (either online or in offline media) without notice, rights of review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
