Is there a deadline for me to do the Trade-In Trade-Up to be eligible for the Promo Code?
You need to send your PS4 console to the refurbishers by the date stated on the Promo Code email.
When will I receive my Trade-Up Promo Code?
Once your device is sent to the refurbisher and you’re paid for your trade-in, you’ll receive an email with your unique code. You can then buy your PS5 console or PS5 Pro console.
I have shipped my PS4 console and have received my cash from Back Market, but I have not received my Trade-Up Promo Code.
In order to qualify for the programme, you must have started your trade-in from the PlayStation x Back Market Trade-In Promotional Page. Your PS4 must have been shipped to the Back Market refurbisher no later than the date stated on the website.

What can I purchase with the Promo Code?
The Promo Code can be used for purchase of a PS5 or PS5 Pro console or bundle, or PS VR2.
The Promo Code cannot be used on pre-orders.
I have misplaced or lost my Trade-Up Promo Code. Can you send me another one?
Please contact Back Market via their help centre. Back Market agents can organise for the original Promo Code to be re-sent.
I returned the PS5 I purchased with the Trade-Up Promo Code. Will I get a refund of the Promo Code?
Promo Codes are non-refundable as per our returns and refund policy.
Can I pass my Trade-Up Promo Code to someone else for their purchase of a PS5?
No, the Promo Code is only intended for the original recipient.
When will my Trade-Up Promo Code expire?
Promo Codes issued may have different expiry dates depending on specific promotions, these will always be found on the email that contains your Promo Code. Please see the list below.
