How to shop with Klarna 

  1. Add eligible item(s) to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select Klarna as your payment option.
  3. Choose the Klarna payment option that fits your needs.
  4. Manage your orders and payments anytime through the Klarna app or by signing in to your Klarna account.

What are the conditions to sign up for Klarna?

Eligibility varies by country, but generally you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid card or bank account
  • Be able to receive verification codes (SMS)
  • Be a resident of the store country you are purchasing from

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval by Klarna. 

Pay in 3 Interest-Free 

  • Your purchase is split into 3 equal payments.
  • First payment is collected when your order is shipped or processed. 
  • Remaining payments are automatically taken every 30 days using the stored card. 
  • No interest or fees when payments are on time. 
  • Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs and late fees apply.

Klarna allows you to receive your order first and pay up to 30 days later.

How do returns/refunds with Klarna work? 

  • Follow the return instructions below and make sure to keep your return tracking number.
Return a hardware purchase
  • Sign in to your Klarna account and select Report a return to pause an eligible payment or invoice while PlayStation processes it. 
  • Once PlayStation has processed the return and confirmed the refund, Klarna will update your payment plan or issue an adjusted invoice. 
  • Refund timing may vary. Allow 5 - 7 business days after the refund has been processed.
