This error may appear when you try to access an online service but you are not online. Please try the following steps:
- Make sure that the online play mode is selected in the game.
- Perform an Internet connection test by selecting Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection and check if you are connected to the Internet properly. Also, review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
- There may be an issue on the server side. Please check the PlayStation™Network status page or game web site to see if there are any server failures or if maintenance is in progress.
