How to fix CE-106487-6

There was an issue when downloading and installing the content.

  1. Make sure that your PlayStation®5 console system software is updated to the latest version by going to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
  2. Try restoring licenses by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Restore.
  3. Press the PS button on your controller to open the control center. Highlight the download, press the options button, and select Delete. Then try the download again.
  4. Start your console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
