The content is corrupted, or can't be detected by the PlayStation®4 console.

If you are getting this error when selecting a theme, try to re-download it.

  1. Go to Notifications > Downloads, and highlight the content
  2. Press the OPTIONS button and Delete the theme.
  3. Go to Settings > Theme and re-download the content.

If you are getting this error for any other type of content, try the following steps, checking to see if you have access after each step:

  1. Delete the content, and then re-download it.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.
  3. Restart the console in Safe Mode and select option 5: Rebuild Database
