How to return or replace an order placed on direct.playstation.com

How to arrange a return or replacement for a direct.playstation.com order 

Any products returned should be sent back with the original packaging and include any manuals, cables, and accessories. For more details please see the returns refund policy

You can start a return or replace order from Order Look Up or My Orders.

Initiate a return from Order Look Up

  1. Go to Order Look Up and enter your order number, email address and billing phone number. 
  2. Find the order in question and select Return
  3. Select the items you want to return, the type of return (refund versus replacement), and the reason for the return. 
  4. Select Confirm Return
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to print the return label.

Please note, the replacement option will not be available if the product is out of stock.

Initiate a return from My Orders

  1. Go to direct.playstation.com and sign in. 
  2. Mouse over the smiley face in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click My Orders
  3. Find the order in question and select Return
  4. Select the items you want to return, the type of return (refund versus replacement), and the reason for the return. 
  5. Select Confirm Return
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to print the return label.

Please note, the replacement option will not be available if the product is out of stock. 

How long do returns take?

Once we receive your return, we will process them within 5-7 working days. If you returned your order for a replacement, you will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. Once shipped, your item will be delivered within one to two working days.

How to track a return or replacement

  1. Go to Order Look Up.
  2. Enter your order information.
  3. Select your order and select Track Return.
  • If you were signed in when placing the order, you can also view your return status through My Orders.

How to print a return label

  1. Go to Order Look Up and enter your order information.
  2. Look up the order you created the return for and click Print Return Label.
  • If you were signed in to the website when placing the order, you can also view your return status through My Orders.
  • If you're having difficulty viewing the return label, please clear all your browser cache, reload direct.playstation.com and try again.
