How to check PlayStation Store purchases

Find out how to view your PlayStation™Store purchase history, manage subscriptions such as PlayStation®Plus, and check your service list.

How to find PlayStation Store purchases online

Select a device or console below for steps to check your purchases.

  1. Go to PlayStation Store by selecting Sign In from the top right of the screen.
  2. Select your profile and then select Game Library > Purchased.
  1. Open PlayStation App and select Game Library > Purchased.
  2. To see a list of available and purchased add-ons, select the game and then select Add-ons.
  1. Go to Games home > Game Library.
  2. Go to the Purchased tab.
    To find game add-ons, select the game to open the game hub and scroll to the Add-Ons section.
  1. From the function screen, scroll to Library.
  2. Select Purchased.
    To find game add-ons, select the game from your Library and scroll down to PlayStation Store > Your add-ons.

How to view PlayStation Store transaction history online

Checking your transaction history is useful if you want to know whether a PlayStation Store purchase was successful, or find the cause of any unfamiliar charges.

  1. Sign in to Account Management and select Transaction History from the home screen.
  2. Select an account and choose a date range.
  3. Select a transaction to view details.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
  3. Select the account that you want to view transactions for.
  4. Select the transaction date range and select Continue.
  5. Select a transaction to view the details.
  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information.
  2. Select Wallet > Transaction History.
  3. Select the account that you want to view transactions for.
  4. Select the transaction date range and select Next.
  5. Select a transaction to view the details.

How to manage PlayStation Store subscriptions online

Subscriptions management is useful for checking which subscriptions are active on your account, when your subscriptions are expiring, and for cancelling a subscription.

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
    You see a list of the subscription services you are currently subscribed to.
  3. Select a subscription to check the expiry date or to cancel the subscription.
    If you’d like to keep your subscription, you can select Reactivate Subscription before the next payment date of the current subscription to keep it active.

  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
    You see a list of the subscription services you are currently subscribed to.
  3. Select a subscription to check the expiry date or to cancel the subscription.

How to view PlayStation Store service list

Checking your PlayStation Store service list can be useful if you want to know whether content has been applied to your account. Content that isn't downloaded to your devices, such as season passes, themes, and in-game currency will appear on this list.

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game & App Services.
  1. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Service List.
  2. Select the application you would like to see the service entitlements for.

Can’t find purchased content? 

  • Please wait for a few minutes to allow the purchase to be finalized. Do not repurchase the content.
  • Restart your console and check to see if the content has appeared.
  • Sign out of PSN and then sign back in. Make sure you are using the account that purchased the content.
