Find out how to cancel a PlayStation™Store subscription such as PlayStation®Plus.
Active subscriptions can be cancelled up until the next payment date. You can find the payment dates for each of your subscriptions in the Subscriptions Management section of Account Management.
The subscription will be activated each time you sign up. If you cancel a subscription and then resubscribe, the subscription will be reactivated.
Sign in to Account Management.
Select Subscription from the menu on the left of the screen.
Select Cancel Subscription next to the subscription you would like to cancel.
If you would like to keep your subscription, you can select Reactivate Subscription before the payment date of the current subscription to keep it active.
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select a service > Cancel Subscription.
