How to fix CE-108262-9

An error occurred while reading the system software or application data.

  1. Update your PlayStation®5 console system software to the latest version.
  1. If the error occurs after starting the game/app, delete the game/app from Settings > Storage, and then reinstall it.
  1. Start your PS5® console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
  1. If the issue still keeps happening, reset your PS5 console by going to Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options > Reset Your Console.
    Please note, resetting your console erases all data saved on your console storage. If possible, backup your data before resetting.
  1. After resetting your console, try installing the game/app again.
