How to fix CE-41521-3

The Bluetooth device isn’t compatible with your PlayStation®4 console model.

The CUH-1000 to CUH-1200 series are compatible with Bluetooth versions 2.1 or lower, and the CUH-2000 and later series are compatible with Bluetooth versions 4.0 or lower.

  1. Check the Bluetooth version of your device.

  2. Update your PS4® console system software to the latest version.
