      Year 9 Season 3

      Operation Twin Shells

      Operation Twin Shells is live and introduces new seasonal content to Rainbow Six Siege. Here’s an overview of everything launching in Year 9 Season 3.

      • New Operator: Skopós
        Check out Skopós, the latest Operator in Rainbow Six Siege, and her brand-new V10-Pantheon Shells, two remote-controlled shells that she switches between to provide either offensive or defensive support.
      • Anti-cheat: binary hardening
        We have introduced binary hardening to enhance security and disrupt cheating. This update uses advanced security techniques to make it harder to develop and maintain cheating tools. This is part of our long-term commitment to fair play, with more frequent security updates to ensure a level playing field for all players.
      • Drone speed boost
        Standard Drones, Brava's Kludge Drone, Twitch's Shock Drone and Echo's Yokai Drone now have a speed boost resource that players can use to increase drone speed for a short time. Settings for the drone speed boost can be found in the Controls section of the Options menu.
      • Shooting Range in Matchmaking
        No more idle time! You can now practice in the Shooting Range while queuing for matchmaking.
      • 1v1 Custom Game Presets
        This season introduces two new Custom Game presets, allowing you to engage in 1v1 matches on your favorite maps.
      • Post-Action Report Update
        The Post-Action Report has been overhauled to provide clearer and more motivating insights. The Team Lineup now dynamically highlights your squad and makes commendations easier. Commend the enemy team with one hotkey and check your achievements and challenge progress in the Player Recap tab. The Scoreboard remains accessible with the same in-game hotkey.
