If this error occurs on PlayStation®3, there may be a problem connecting to the server due to a server failure or your network connection.

Please try the following to check if you can solve the problem:

Check PlayStation™Network Status to see if there are any server failures or maintenance going on.
Please sign out from PSN on XMB™ and sign in again.
Please check if you can sign in using another device.
Turn off your router and modem and wait at least five minutes, then restart.
This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a while.
