The 5% PlayStation Plus discount applies automatically at checkout for all eligible items (excluding pre-orders). This discount can be used in conjunction with other select promotions or offers.
PlayStation Plus members are granted early access to select products, but only during designated PS Plus early-access events. Your PlayStation Plus membership status must be reflected on your account to enable the add-to-cart option for eligible products participating in the event. If you are a new member, please sign-out and sign back in to ensure your membership status is updated.
How often can I use the 5% PlayStation Plus discount?
The 5% PlayStation Plus discount can be used on all eligible hardware purchases. There is no limit to the number of times you can use it as long as you remain a PlayStation Plus member. The discount is for personal, non-commercial use only and may be withdrawn where misuse is suspected.
What happens if I cancel my PlayStation Plus membership?
If you cancel your PlayStation Plus membership, you may lose access to the benefits associated with your membership including discounts and any unused voucher codes for PlayStation Store.
If I become a PlayStation Plus member after placing an eligible order but before it is shipped, will I still get the benefits?
To receive the benefits associated with a PlayStation Plus membership, you must be a PlayStation Plus member at the time of placing the eligible order. If you become a PlayStation Plus member after the eligible order is placed but before it is shipped, you will not receive those benefits for that transaction.
I’m a PlayStation Plus member, why can't I see the included shipping option?
If you became a PS Plus member during your checkout process and did not receive the included with PS Plus shipping option, please return to your cart and navigate to the shipping page. You should now be able to select the included with PS Plus shipping option and once you click "Next" your selection will override the already selected paid shipping option(s).
