How to view your order history online

Checking your order history is useful if you want to know whether a purchase was successful, or find the cause of any unfamiliar charges.

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Order History.
  3. Choose the transaction date range. By default, the history for the past two years is displayed.
  4. Select a transaction to view details. You can also select Request Refund from this view.

Find purchased content
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Transaction History.
  3. Select an account to view the Transaction History.
    Only the family manager can see their family members' transaction history.
  4. Choose the transaction date range and select Continue.

  2. Select Wallet > Transaction History.
  3. Scan the QR code to view your transaction history.

  1. Select the PlayStation Store icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the menu icon from the top right of the screen and then select Transaction History.
  3. Choose the transaction date range.
  4. Select a transaction to view the details.

  • If you want to cancel after making a purchase on PlayStation Store, you may be able to apply for a refund.

How to view your PlayStation Store service list on your PS5 console

Checking your PlayStation Store service list can be useful if you want to know whether content has been applied to your account. Content that isn't downloaded to your devices, such as season passes and in-game currency, will appear on this list.

  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.
  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Game and App Services.
  3. Select the application to view its available and downloadable content.
