How to use Apple Pay on PlayStation Store

In some countries/regions, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on PlayStation™Store.

How to use Apple Pay payments online

  1. Choose a game or an add-on on PlayStation Store and select Add to Cart.
  2. Select Apple Pay as your payment method at checkout.
  3. Click Confirm Purchase.
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.

Regional payment methods may be displayed before the Apple Pay option. If Apple Pay isn’t available in your region, it won’t appear in the dropdown menu.

Please note, Apple Pay purchasing isn't compatible with PS5 consoles and PS4 consoles.

Troubleshoot issues using Apple Pay

  • Make sure you have Apple Pay set up on your phone or another iOS device.
  • You can use Apple Pay to make purchases on PlayStation Store online or through the PlayStation App. If you’re trying to make a purchase on your console, please select a different payment method.

Cannot complete a payment

If you see an error message advising that your payment couldn’t be completed, try making the purchase again or use an alternative payment method.

Card verification issues

If you’re having issues with your payment method, you may need to update your payment information or verify your purchase with your bank.
