When this error is displayed, you may need to install the latest update data:

1. Please connect PlayStation®5 to the Internet and install the latest update file.
2. If an error occurs during the update, please check if there is enough free space on the main unit storage and if the update is currently in progress.
3. If the update is in progress, please wait for it to finish.

If there isn't enough free space, delete unnecessary data and try the update again.
