How to fix CE-118866-0

There was an application update error.

  1. If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version.
    Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings.
  2. Back up your saved data.
  3. Delete the application/game and reinstall it.
  4. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  5. Go to Settings Users and Accounts Other Sign Out.
  6. Sign in again.
  7. If you're still having issues, please wait 24 hours before trying again.
