Application error

Please try the following steps:

  1. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  2. If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version. Go to  Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings
  3. Select the application, press the options button and select Check for update.
  4. If the issue persists, select the application from the home screen, press the options button and delete the application. Reinstall the application and update it to the latest version.
