How to fix CE-102159-8

An error has occurred because the software versions of your PlayStation Link™ audio device and PlayStation Link™ USB adapter do not match, as your PS Link audio device was not connected via a USB cable.

  1. Connect your PS Link audio device to your PlayStation®5 console using the included USB cable.
  2. Go to Settings > Accessories > General > PS Link Connection Support > PS Link Device Software Update.
  3. Select your PS Link audio device and follow the on-screen instructions.
