You may have a problem connecting to your local network, try the following steps:
- Perform an internet connection test by going to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection to confirm you can connect to the internet.
- Power off your router/modem and wait 5 minutes before attempting to connect again. Update your firmware's router. For assistance with this please contact your router manufacturer or Internet Service Provider ("ISP"). Turn off other devices connected to your network.
- If possible, try connecting to another network.
