- Check the PlayStation® status and the game server status on their website.
- If the server is active and still getting this error, go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection and then check your Internet connection status.
- Adjust your network settings: Update the router to the latest firmware. Try after a while as the local network may be temporarily busy.
