Internet connection has been lost.

Please check the following:
  1. Check the PlayStation™Network status page to see if there are any issues.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection. Review and configure your network settings again if necessary.
  3. Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
  4. Try using a wired connection if possible.
  5. Please try again after a while.
