An internal error has occurred.

  1. If the system software of your PlayStation®4 console is not up to date, please update it to the latest version from Settings > System Software Update.
  2. If there is no improvement and the system software is up to date, take a backup of your save data from Settings > Application Saved Data Management.
  3. Highlight the application with the internal error, press the OPTIONS button on the application icon and delete the application. Then reinstall the application from a disc or your Library.
